Social Media Manager

Marketing Remote / UK Full-time

Join our dynamic marketing team to drive brand awareness and engagement across all social media platforms. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our online community, and developing strategies to grow our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms

Ensure the safe and accurate movement of our inventory by tracking shipments, coordinating with 3PL providers, and identifying potential operational leakages. You'll work closely with our logistics partners to minimize losses and maintain accountability throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure safe delivery
  • Follow up with 3PL providers and freight forwarders when shipments are delayed or missing
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipment discrepancies and issues
  • Provide documentation, invoices, and supporting materials to 3PLs and shipping companies for compensation claims
  • Create automated scripts and tools to identify potential leakages in business operations
  • Analyze shipment data and inventory reports to detect patterns and anomalies
  • Maintain detailed records of all shipment tracking and loss prevention activities
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve shipment accountability and reduce losses

Requirements

  • Utilize AI development tools to enhance coding efficiency and development speed
  • Collaborate with operations team to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
  • Maintain and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow version control best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of professional Python development experience
